Timeline

January

Annual subscription activities begin. New and returning community colleges submit subscription forms and are billed for the subscription fee.

March

Website log in information is e-mailed to subscribers. Data-collection forms that define data elements and benchmark calculations are available in the member section of the website.

June

Completed data-collection forms are due June 15. Data are automatically checked for missing and inconsistent information. Reports that list inconsistencies are available online for review and update.

July

Verified and updated data are due to NCCBP. So that NCCBP results can be included in participants' planning and reporting processes, timely corrections and updates are expected.

September

NCCBP reports aggregate results that compare subscribing institutions' data to national benchmark values and provide a best practices report.
